    Not able to access Business Object within VBCS application

    Hi Experts, 

    We are having an issue while accessing the business object within a VBCS application. It's giving 500 internal error(). 

    Have tried accessing the same using the Postman as well however getting the issues.

    Please note that it was working fine in September, stopped working from the first week of October. Can any recent upgrades cause this? we haven't made any changes to the application or configurations at all.

    Any suggestions or guidance would be highly appreciated.

      It's going to be hard to say without knowing more information. I would suggest opening a service request with Oracle Support so we can track your specific app and look at the logs.

      Is this something that happens if you create a new app too, or is it just in the older app?

        Hi Shay, 

        We have already logged an SR: SR 3-21505969471.

        We haven't tried to create a new app, however we tried to reimport the app with a different name and issue exists for it too.

      Just FYI, the issue was occurring as the role mapping UI was changed in September updates which made all the existing mappings invalid. The issue was fixed by re-creating the roles in VBCS and remap it with IDCS roles.
