    Hi Gurus,

    How do we indicate a warning color in the timeline view when the technician does not completed within the specified time or is delaying the activity?

      Hi Madhu,

      For the activity that has started we have only one color 'Green'. We cannot change the color if the existing activity is getting delayed in getting completed. If the technician goes beyond time then on his mobile screen the Timer bar becomes red. Also if she/he needs more time, she/he needs to manually use "Adjust time" on mobile. The activities that are to be done after that will be adjusted on time line accordingly. If any "pedning" activity is going to breach the SLA it will become red.
