    Hello,

    I have created an Integration using RightNow service. when trying to activate the service then getting below error:

    Cause - Max Limit reached for business event subscription for Contact created. please delete some these subscription in Service cloud application and retry again.

    Some body please can help me to proceeding with activation.

    The Oracle RightNow application has a limit of 20 subscriptions for every available event subscription. For example, you can build a maximum of 20 integrations, with all subscribing to the Customer Created Event integration and 20 integrations subscribing to the Contact Destroy Event integration. If you create a 21st integration for the same event subscription, this may lead to errors during integration activation.
    You use APIs to delete subscription which are no longer required and then try activating it.
