    Hi,

    Can we create separate SLAs for work centers as my client have different accounts for different work centers in their chart of accounts, therefore, if any maintenance activity has been performed than can we account it on the basis of work centers?

    Please suggest.

      Hi Ekansh,

      Try to create new SLA account and add Inventory Org, Work Center Code as a source.

      This may help you to account the maintenance cost in work center wise.
