    Hi Team, 

    We came across a requirement where each customer can have new SLA and its milestone to achieve. In brief, the new opportunity will be created as a tender for a customer. Once opportunity awarded, the new project (custom object) will be created from opportunity. Now as per business requirement, each Project/Tender will have SLA defined by the customer and it has to be created once the opportunity is awarded and laterwards assigned to Service request. 

    Is there any way to achieve this functionality or any suggestion would be appreciated. As per standard functionality, we create entitlements first and depending on some priority we assign it to the service request. But here I am not sure how to create SLA as it will vary on a new opportunity(Project). 

    Help will be much appreciated.
