Hi,

I am able to remove the HTML Text based on the metalink notes below.

How To Remove All HTML Tags From BIP Report (Doc ID 2404894.1)

    Use regexp_replace(<field_name>,'<[^>]*>')

If your tags are always going to show up with fixed length as a prefix and suffix, you can use substring function in the expression editor in criteria to remove them. It may be challenging to remove inline tags like though. It may be better to understand why the tags are getting into the source column 'Requirement Text' though and see if there is anything you can do to change that.

      Thanks,

In-line HTML might be difficult to get rid of, but you could always try to edit the Column Properties > Data Format > Override Default Data Format > Treat Text as HTML. Should get rid of the opening + closing tags.
