    Custom API (CCS for chatbot) always returns 500


    I am in the process of building a sample POC for integration Chatbots with HCM Cloud. i have followed the guidelines provided and have built my custom API. However when testing the API i am always getting 500 error.

      Have you looked into the Backend Diagnostics (Requests / Logs)? Usually you can see the error or exception in there.

      If there is not anything useful in the logs then open a Service Request (SR) for further investigation.

      Yes i have looked into the logs but there was not much help from these.
