    Hi All,

    Can we able to make a the standard "Notes" tab is required whenever the agent has completed the task?Please find the attachment.

    Kindly suggest some idea to achieve this.

      You cannot set a tab as required.Instead you can "inform" CSR to add notes by focusing on the 'Notes' tab (alongwith a message box) through workspace rule

      Hi Mohana,

      There is Standard Field named 'Notes' in the Task Object. You can add that field and make it required.
