    Hi All,

    One of our customers are trying to add some sophisticated validations to the current Self Service Screens, so our solution was to build new screens that containts the desired validations.

    My Questions:

    1. i s there a way to extend current screens (applying list of values deppendancy, integration with core banking ..etc)

    2. We've choosed JCS, where recommendations are telling us to use VBCS (Why)

    3. Our Idea was to rplace the Screen only, and to submit request (Document of record) for normal approval without replacing the current workflow, what we are suffering from is that the document is being submitted (In Progress) so it needs another submition! :

    A. Do we need to re-build the workflow? if yes, what is the best practice

    B. If Not, What Job shall we call to submit the Document

      1. When you say "current screens" do you mean the HCM screens (need to ask on the HCM forum) or Visual Builder screens (You can build whatever you need there).

      2. The main reason is that we believe that Visual Builder with it's client centric UI architecture provides a better user experience compared to server hosted UI generation (which JCS provides with ADF).

      3. We need more information on this specific issue - I'm not sure I understand your issue. Open a new thread and provide information on what service you invoke and what are the results.
