      Hi Ajinkya,

I hope you have access to the following page
      https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8509
where Oracle describes which condition is an OFSC update has, for example how you can request an environment copy.

You aren't able to do a copy for yourself, but some configuration options can be exported/imported. I find the best way is to do configuration changes separately on the environments by hand and double check after.

      Regards,
      Zsolt

      Hi Ajinkya,

Has your sys admin received and acted on the email from Oracle to set up your Cloud Portal account? They went out in early July I believe. There will be functionality added very soon that will allow the cloud portal users to schedule your own updates as well as manage your environment clones yourself (you can specify what environment from/to and whether you want config only, config and data, etc.). If your sys admin didn't get the email, or didn't act on it - have them open an SR and ask for it to be resent or sent to the correct person if it was wrong - support can tell you who it went to.
