    Can incident ref # be added to survey?

    I created a survey, but its unclear from end user side, if you can add a reference to the incident that triggered the survey?

    Can a refernce be added to either the email of the survey or the survey itself so the client knows the subject or analyst the survey related to?

    Hi Marissa,

    The incident ref_no can be included in the surveys. When you are creating the surveys there is an option to add HTML content, then a new tab opens and in this tab there is an option to put Merge fields using which you can put the Incident Reference Number in the Survey.

    Note: The survey must be Transactional Survey.
