I am assuming that you are using an agent.  Have you looked at

    • Phil

Sorry, can we clarify  is the connection error between the agent and the cloud or when you try to setup the DB connection?

If it is the later - you should see some more information in the logs available through the monitoring view

      Hi,

Yes I am using agent still I am getting unable to establish connection cause:000

And I am referring one link in that below details like restriction etc are given-

Are you using on premise agent?

      Restrictions

The following cloud adapters are not supported with on-premises Oracle Integration Cloud Service. When creating a connection, do not select these adapters in the Create Connection - Select Adapter dialog.

      • Oracle Database
      • Oracle MySQL Database
      • Oracle SQL Server
      • Oracle SAP
      • Oracle File

      Regards,

      Pooja

      Hi,

For connecting the cloud to your on-premises Database you need the Connectivity Agent and not the execution Agent.

The restriction you talk about is for the Execution agent.

You can always check this article I wrote about it:

      Hi,

I did all the steps but I am still getting the error Unable to test connection "ON_PREMISES_DATABASE". [Cause: CASDK-0005]

why this error is coming?we need to use jdk 1.8 or 1.7

      Regards,

      Pooja

    • Phil

yes java 1.7 or 1.8 is required "Install only Oracle JDK version 1.7 or 1.8. Other JDKs such as Open JDK are not supported."
