    Support Request: Create a Contract

    When I try to create a contract, there aren't BU to insert in the BU field

    Hi,

     

    I want to create a contract but when I try to create a contract in the Contract Work Area, The System doesn't show any business unit, any legal entity, any contract Type even thought I've already created BU, Legal Entity and Contract Types.

     

    I've already assign "Enterprise Contract Administrator/Manager" role with BU Data access and I've already enable the user with this role as a resource. 

     

    Have you an idea to solve this problem?

      Not sure you've selected the correct product area for your query, so can you please be more specific about which product you are intending to create a enterprise contract? PPM Cloud, Subscription Management Cloud (CX), Service Contracts Cloud (CX) or other?
