    Title:
    Mobile templates for survey
    Summary:
Is their a way to customize or deactivate the standard mobile template
    Content:

    Hello everyone,

In the standard solution we have the possibility to create a template for surveys, it's really great for desktop use but on mobile the template is not used, instead a standard mobile template is used.

This mobile template is a bit out of date, and we would like to customize it or to use one responsive template for desktops and mobile. The only workaround is to inject HTML/CSS directly in the survey with a conditional section.

This renders well, but it's not really maintainable or reusable for customers as you don't have access to the class names, you must override existing CSS and debug only on mobile with a remote debug...

Does anyone know a way to customize this standard mobile template or to deactivate it?

Thanks in advance for your help

in advanced designer mode when editing the survey, select designer home>survey options in the ribon and then uncheck "Apply Mobile Optimization" to disable the mobile template.

      Small update.

I found the CSS file to customize the form it is located in the cp:  dav/cp/customer/assets/feedback/mobile.css

The question is how to modify the mobile template to have a custom header and footer or how to deactivate it.

      Hi justin,

Thanks for your answer, I thought that mobile optimization goal was only to adapt fonts and some minor change. Mobile preview still display the survey in the mobile template even if you deactivate mobile optimization.

ps: it works even without the advanced mode.

weve have had some good luck using reactive design for the surveys and just doing all the code in an HTML section in the tool rather than drag and drog adding questions.
