    Project Organization is updated once PO has been raised



    If a PO is raised against a Project which is linked to Org and Cost Centre 11111.   The Project is then updated to a different Org linked to Cost Centre 22222. 


    Will the PO originally raised against Cost centre 11111 now code to Cost Centre 22222 when it next receipted or will it continue to code to Cost Centre 11111?

      Hi Avesh,

      For PO Receipts, distributions will be created referring to the details that exist in PO. As the account in PO is 11111, distributions will be created for the same account. For updating the account in PO, revise the PO and from Actions button select "Rebuild Accounts" and submit the PO for approval.

      Accounting rules in the application are only for defaulting the accounts while performing transactions. Costing/Accounting happens based on the accounts that exist in the transaction document.
