    Title:
Integration with ERP Cloud Adapter - Recevie Callback operation
    Summary:
Integration with ERP Cloud Adapter - Recevie Callback operation
    Content:

    Hi All,

I have created  the following integration

    1) Integration 1 : Read a File using file adapter and upload the file to EBS cloud (FBDI - File based data integration).

    2) Integration 2 (CALLBACK_FROM_EBS_CLOUD): The result of the upload file will be received by EBS cloud adapter - receive call back.

The problem here is, Integration 1 was successful, But Integration 2 was not triggered due to the following exceptions.

    ------------------ Exceptions ---------------

APP: Cloud Adapter Inbound Http App] [oracle.wsm.policy.name: oracle/wss_saml_bearer_or_username_token_service_policy] Failed to execute the assertion "WSSecurity SAML Token Bearer" in the conditional policy. FailedAuthentication : The security token cannot be authenticated.[[

What is the version of ICS being used here?

      Kishore,

I just wanted to make sure you meant ERP Cloud and not EBS. Right?

were you able to check in ERP Cloud on completion of the job? is the data loaded into interface and base tables?

are you following the configuration tasks that need to be done to enable the callback flow in ICS?

      Ravi

      Hi All,

      Thanks for all your replies.

I raised SR with Oracle, After lot of email and calls. Got the following resolution from the Product support  team.

Following are the pre-requisites for the callback to work.

      1. Create user similar to ERP cloud connection user using My Service Page, creating a user using My Service Page is linked to ICS weblogic security realm.

User name should be exactly matching to the ERP cloud user name. Password, roles, email address can be anything.

(Customer also needs to ensure correct roles for the ERP user in the ERP application. The ERP user must have SOAOperator role and Integration role in the ERP cloud application)

      2. Following certificates are required to be imported (Ask the Cloud ERP team admin to raise another SR with Oracle, they will provide the certificates)

clouca cetificate from the ERP financial domain needs to be imported in ICS OWSM stripe.

Uer/Customer need to raise a collab SR against ERP to get the cloudca certificate.

User/Customer can then import the certificate through the Administration tab as "Message Protection Certificate"

orakey_sign(public) - tenant signing certificate from datacenter Uer/Customer need to raise a collab SR against to get the orakey_sign certificate.

User/Customer can then import the certificate through the Administration tab as "Message Protection Certificate"
