    Title:
    Map field based on hierarchy
    Summary:
    Map field based on hierarchy
    Content:

We have a field F1 which can contain some thousand different values. These values are constraint based on the combination of some other fields F2, F3 and F4. At the end this diminishes the options for the field to 5-10. We need to have this field constraint for the user and of course not force them to navigate though the thousands of values available. The only option that we now have available is to implement this though field Visibility. But that would mean that for every occurrence of the field we need to manually enter every single one of these conditions for every one of these thousand values. Is there any other way to implement this?

    Hi Vassiliki,

IMO unfortunately there isn't other way to do this than a visibility condition, but you can export the Screen Configuration into XML, edit it, and then import back, if you think this can be a faster way. This will be a very time consuming task anyway, but the good news is it's not need to do often if the rule isn't changing often smiley
