    Oracle Quality gives you the ability to extend Quality Issues and Actions UI with additional custom fields. We see the ability to add text and long text fields but could not use these to enter rich text.

    How to add custom fields to capture text and image. Quality Engineers/Analysts often tend to take pictures and add text to the issues and enrich the content. I know that there are attachments feature available but user would like the custom fields to be available right in the General Tab of QI/QA.

    We also see the seeded field "Description" gives you the ability to enter both text and images into one field along with editing controls as shown in the attached file.
