    Title:
Trigger Oracle ERP Cloud Business Event in ICS, CASDK-0004: Unauthorized [401] Error while connecting to the URL - https://<instance>.fs.us2.oraclecloud.com:443/soa-infra
    Summary:
Trigger Oracle ERP Cloud Business Event in ICS, CASDK-0004: Unauthorized [401] Error while connecting to the URL - https://<instance>.fs.us2.oraclecloud.com:443/soa-infra
    Content:

We need to do client demo for business events in Oracle Cloud/Saas applications. I.e. whenever Item is created in PIM (Saas), it should trigger an event in ICS. Through ICS we intend to sync the newly created item to another system via SOAP/REST calls.

We have tried to setup ICS flow on 2 instances.

    1)

First is the client instance is where we need to demo. When we define connection with Service URL & Event URL, the Connection errors "CASDK-0004: Unauthorized [401] Error while connecting to the URL - https://<instance1>.fs.us2.oraclecloud.com:443/soa-infra".

We had raised SR to Enable CSF Key. Requisite setup is done by Oracle, still the issue is not resolved.

    2)

    Another instance, where the connection is created. However, when we access "https://<instance2>.fs.us2.oraclecloud.com/soa-infra/PublicEvent/catalog" we get output : {"events":[]}

It seems like we do not have access to any events. When creating an integration using instance2 connection, the business event list is blank.

We are able to do other use cases in ICS i.e. invoking REST APIs, invoking Oracle Cloud ERP CreateItem, using basic integration.

    Example of Connection: -

    Oracle ERP Cloud

    Trigger and Invoke

    user credentials

    https://<instance2>.fs.us2.oraclecloud.com:443/fndAppCoreServices/ServiceCatalogService?wsdl

    https://<instance2>.fs.us2.oraclecloud.com:443/soa-infra

Can someone help us in achieving to trigger Oracle Cloud ERP business events.
