I found this documentation related to Oracle Digital Assistant and I guess that is an upcoming feature.

Hi Grant,
Thanks for your prompt response. We are already working on Oracle Digital Assistant instance. However the new feature of Skype for Business will be rolled out automatically or do we have to apply some patch?

Dear Satshah,
Firstly, if you are still using Oracle Mobile Cloud for chatbots, please be advised that the chatbot functionality has now been moved into a new standalone service called Oracle Digital Assistant. No further enhancements are being made to the chatbot functionality in Oracle Mobile Cloud.
The next release of Oracle Digital Assistant that is being released this week includes out of the box support for Skype for Business. Documentation is available here:

Satshah,
new instances are being provisioned on 19.1.3 now. If you have an existing instance on an earlier version and need 19.1.3 please let us know by raising an SR.

what typically happens is that when 19.1.3 goes live it will be initially available for NEW instances. It will then be rolled out to exisiting instances (ie. will be upgraded automatically)
