Login to OIC. On Right hand top corner,  where logged users initials are shown, select on it and click on About: it should give you OIC version.

      Hi Kanchankumar,

Is there any option to check, what is the edition of OIC (Standard / Enterprise)?

      Thanks,

      Mohan

Edition you can check under my services --> Service Oracle Integration Classic --> Click on Open console Button

      Thanks Monish.

What is meant by 'Message Pack'?. Our customer purchased 5.

As per my understanding, Each Message pack corresponds to 5K messages per hours. You can use the 5 messages packs purchased for creating one or many instances as well. Each message is defined as below:

A message is defined as up to 50Kb of in-and-out transmission from/to the Oracle Cloud Service. Any message over 50Kb in size must be counted as multiple messages, with each 50Kb or portion thereof counting as equivalent to one message (e.g., 210Kb would be counted as 5 messages). One concurrent user for the process automation feature is equal to 400 messages. One concurrent user for the Visual Apps feature is equal to 100 messages. Any combination of message input, message output, concurrent users, or messages sizes may be utilized concurrently, but must not exceed the maximum quantity of 5,000 Messages per Hour that You set when You create an instance for the Oracle Cloud Service

      Hi Kanchan,

      Thanks for your response.

What would happen when message size exceed 5000 message?

Any ides, how to track the message counts? In Integration dashboard it shows message count. Is there any option how to find the actual message size?

      Thanks,

      Mohan

        hello Mohan,

What would happen when message size exceed 5000 message?

I believe, in case message size exceeds 5K for any given hour, you may be charged overage for that hour.

In my services dashboard, billing matrices you may be able to see historic data for total message packs consumed. However, I don't think, it is possible to get  detailed report in OIC yet.

I would suggest to raise SR to get details about these queries. The answer is my understanding, I may be wrong.

        Regards,

        Kanchan
