Dev. update for OM - Error Recovery ESS jobs

From Oracle Order Management Cloud product team:

If you are using Error Recovery ESS jobs to recover erroneous order lines in Order Management Cloud, Release 17D or a higher, please follow this tip for efficient processing.

What are we recommending:  If you are implementing Order Management Cloud, Release 17D or a higher, you need to control the schedule & frequency of the ESS jobs for error recovery.

What you might see if you do not follow this: There could affect performance in other parts of the order management flows.

When should you do it: It is advisable that customers should schedule any "auto-scheduled tasks" for "Recover Errors" ESS jobs once a day, (and avoid running this at higher frequency/intervals). If required, you can additionally run the program manually on a one-off basis. Important: Make sure that your job schedule parameters are specific to your needs (instead of general "all" orders) and your job tries to recover specific orders, basically supplying parameters so that finite set of orders are recovered as oppose to open ended.
