    What are the datatypes available in VBCS. Is there any way to store image or large files in table in vbcs?

      No don't recommend doing that, use Storage or Content and Experience Cloud instead.

      We don't support binary storage in the Business Objects.

      You should find another location for storing the image files (Content and Experience Cloud, Oracle Cloud Storage, An External DB) - and expose access to that file through a URL. Then in the BO have a String field that contains that URL.
