    Announcing: Service Administrator Action List

    Starting on Oct 16, 2015, the Oracle Applications Cloud customer environment access email (commonly referred to as the post-provisioning Welcome email) directs all Oracle ERP Cloud customers, and customers subscribed to HCM or Sales Cloud to a new document called Service Administrator Action List.  This new action list replaces three separate Welcome Note articles in MOS we have been using for ERP, HCM and Sales Cloud.  Note that the two other Cloud welcome emails will remain unchanged (i.e., Support Welcome Note email with Customer Support Identifier (CSI), and Customer Connect Sign-Up email).
