    Hi Gurus,

    Can we add multiple attachment while creating an activity or while technician updating an activity. 

    And also can we pass the attachment to a source system?

      Hi Madhu,

      For the first question: IMO you can attach only one file to one property, so you have two options: A) compress files into one and attach that; B) make more properties for attaching.
      We get the files through Daily Extract, so I skip the second question. Maybe you can combine the request with the new Form functionality. (I mean the same form can be send multiple times on the same activity.)

        Hi Zsolt,

        I have tried using REST API, https://api.etadirect.com/rest/ofscCore/v1/activities/{activityid} from which we can get the attachment file. Here the attachment file is x_attachment, https://api.etadirect.com/rest/ofscCore/v1/activities/{activityid}/x_Attachment. So I though we can this rest API to send a particular attachment to an external system.

        I am not aware of option on how we can send the details to another external system via Daily Extract. Can you explain how this can be done.

          When you do a Daily Exact related call
          https://api.etadirect.com/rest/ofscCore/v1/folders/dailyExtract/folders/2019-04-24/files
          then the result has not only links for the data files (XML) but links for all attachments also for that specific day.
          Later from one XML you can get the relation between activity and attachment file name.

        Hi Zsolt,

        The new form functionality has an issue according to me. If we upload the file, we can't see what has been uploaded. Is there a way for the tech to see which files he has uploaded against the activity.

          Form Functionality which is visible to the technician layout when updated it has to be updated in the existing fields in manage application. Is there a provision to call the same form in Manage screen.

          If I'm right then they has an entry in History tab, where the form (some) details can be seen.
