    Title:
Create Purchase Order from more than one Requisition
    Summary:
Can not Create any Purchase Order from multiple Requisition
    Content:

    Hi Everyone,

Basically, I can not create from multiple requisition.

I researched from the forum. Its about transfer DFF values. We have some DFF values in Requisition. We want to tranfer to PO. We arranged configuration about it. We opened all transfer option. It means Yes. When we try to create we face an error.

How can we fix it ?

    Best Regards

    Hi,

If the requirement is to group requisition lines onto a single purchase order and copy requisition line DFFs to PO line DFFs, then it is possible with following profile option setup.

Set Profile Option 'PO_COPY_REQ_LINE_DFF_TO_PO' is 'Y' and Profile Option 'PO_COPY_REQ_HDR_DFF_TO_PO' is 'N'.

    Thanks,

    Manav

You are in effect grouping multiple requisitions (that have descriptive flex field values) into a single purchase order with the Copy DFF Req to PO enabled. This is not allowed by design as there is no way for you to transfer DFFs from multiple requisitions to a single PO. One to one is allowed for when the Option to copy DFF is enabled.

        Hi,

Thanks for response. I applied your comment in the system. Its so logical i didnt release before. Its not necessary to transfer from req to po in header. I closed it.

        Perfect solution for us. Thanks.
