    Content:

    Gurus,

Would like to understand in Cycle Count Definition what does the Frequency = By Period mean under Schedule tab on Define Schedules and Approvals Train stop. Does it mean by Month or Quarter and if so where do we classify or specify if it is month or quarter? Is there a Profile Option for the same?

    Thanks,

    MP

Frequency determines how frequently a count schedule should be generated. If the frequency is weekly then a count schedule is generated including all items that are due for counting in the next one week. If the frequency is a day, then one count schedule is generated for everyday and the schedule includes only those items that are due for counting on that day. If the frequency is by period, then a count schedule is generated including all items that are due for counting in the period defined for the work schedule.
