How to determine when was a Project Name updated/change
    Summary:
Brief guide on how to determine when was a Project Name updated/change
    Content:

    Good Day,

    Ver 19C

Kind assistance. For special instances one of our clients needs to have occasional updates of Project Names.

Would there be a way to still determine, on actual screen when a specific Project Name was updated/changed if available?

We are able to see certain status changes when sending project for approval, etc.....thru the workflow approvals as "last updated date". Can someone direct us where to check if none in the front end/UI maybe in the back end for the last updated date for such Project Name changes. Thank you very much and have a great and productive day ahead.

    Regards,

    Abel III

Hi Abelardo - Please note Oracle Projects tracks STATUS change (as per the screenshot shared by you) ; but it doesn't track UPDATES to projects. For this, you may need to explore Audit Trial functionality in Oracle Fusion Applications.

However, as per the below conversation -

" Oracle tech support just confirmed that there is not auditing capability for PPM at this time. They recommended that we put in an enhancement request.

        Good Day Sir Sai Deep,

Thanks for the info. We were actually looking already into this.

If we were previously On Premise setup I would immediately advise this for further checking. I might have to check this first with my technical team if this can be activated as well on Fusion R13 19C. Because last time we checked seems its not supported yet.

As we need to discuss first if this should be a regularly extracted custom report or just a one time extraction. Thanks again and have a great and productive day ahead.

        Regards,
