    Title:
Functionality to see Approval flow of a Promoted Supplier who is already Approved.
    Content:

    Hi all,

Is there any path/functionality to view who all approved the supplier who was promoted from Prospective Supplier to Spend Authorized.

I know we can view the Rejected/In Progress list of suppliers, but can we view the details of a supplier who has been approved (Prospective to Spend Authorized).

    Regards,

    Harshith E S

You can find more details including approval history information from OTBI.  Go to create analysis in the Supplier Real-time, open the folder called Supplier Spend Authorization.  Use the attributes under the two sub-folders to construct a report based on your business need.

      Hong

        Hey Hong,

        Thank you for the response.

Is there anything from UI perspective ?

          Hi Harshith,

How exactly do you want to get the information?

          Thanks,

          Piyush

            Hi Piyush,

As long as we could see the Approved Approval flow from the Supplier related Work Area/Task, without using BI.

Similar to what we can see Pending/Rejected Suppliers from the Overview section under Supplier Spend Authorization Requests.

              Hi Harshith,

If you observe, the Overview page (where you see pending/rejected spend authorization requests and other such information) is designed to help/assist the supplier administrators and supplier managers (who access this page) perform their duties/tasks more efficiently.

What you are asking is more of a report and will not help these users speed up or better monitor their daily activities. Therefore, you need to access the information in form of a report as suggested in our earlier response.

              Hope this helps.

              Thanks,

              Piyush
