    Hi,

    We have a requirement that Technician should be able to Book Activity from Mobile Device. I have configured workskills, workskill conditions and time slots. also configured capacity categories. while trying to book activity, i am getting the below error message on Time Slot Screen.

    Error Message "Capacity category cannot be determined using provided activity fields"

    Book Activity--> Updated required fields  -->Click Next-->Time Slot Screen-->Error Message "Capacity category cannot be determined using provided activity fields"

        Hi Anil,

        It is very hard to provide useful information through posts in those type of cases. I mean you've tried something, got an error message, and other users may not use this functionality at all.
        As a general approach I can say this message means you aren't provided some mandatory data for the system. For example the time window/slot for the activity. You need to dig deeper in the documentation, how capacity categories works and then look for your configuration, how it's configured in your instance.
