    Hi All,

    We have a requirement. We need address details like Bill to , Ship to and Installed at. These address should be associated under organization. and these addresses should have a lookup field in Incident work space. i,e when a customer is associated in incident , these address lookup fields should be auto populated based on the Organization and they should have the ability to search for another address and change using lookup field and that address should be associated to incident(this should not effect the original organization data) also there is an option called both. if they select both, the bill to and ship to address should be same as installed at address and auto populated.

    Now i created an Address custom object with menu field of values Bill to, Ship to, Installed at and Both. but to show these as lookup fields in incident i was not able to find a way. can some one help!!!!

      Looks like the same behavior as Siebel does. In another project we had to extend a given workspace with an add-in, where we added a "magnifying glass icon" next to a custom field and when agent clicks at the "magnifying glass icon" a window form (C#) opens and provides the address, then agent have to select one and via C# we are setting/updating the custom field with the informtion provided by the "window form".

      Exactly the same requirement here. but i am facing lot of relationship issues and unable to pull the values from address and unable to populate the values usin glookup. Can someone provide quick help!!
