    Title:
How to upload Receivables Standard and Miscellaneous Receipts Descriptive Flexfields from Spreadsheets (ADFDi and FBDI)
    Summary:
How to upload Receivables Standard and Miscellaneous Receipts Descriptive Flexfields from Spreadsheets (ADFDi and FBDI)
    Content:

    Hi

I have two Create Receipt templates: CreateReceiptBatches.xlsx (with ADFDi) and ReceivablesStandardReceiptImportTemplate.xlsm (With FBDI).

I do not see information related with Receivables receipts DFF information into ADFDi template; and I only see AR Payment Interface DFF information in FBDI template.

How can I see these DFF fields in Receivables receipts spreadsheet templates?

    Thanks.

    Cristian.

Descriptive flexfields are not exposed in CreateReceiptBatches.xlsx (with ADFDi). We have an enhancement request for the same.

ENH 20580180 - DFF ATTRIBUTES ARE NOT EXPOSED IN CREATE RECEIPT ADFDI

We could load DFF for a receipts by using lockbox File-Based Data Import. In the original FBDI says that you should define DFF attributes :

To determine if the Descriptive Flexfield is defined and enabled:
      1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
      2. Search for task Manage Receivables Descriptive Fields and Go to Task.
      3. Search for descriptive flexfield code AR_CASH_RECEIPTS
      4. Click on Edit button to review which attribute fields are enabled and deploy.

But we can not use DFF Context cause that field is not available in the FBDI.

      Thanks
