    Disable PO Implemented notification
    Summary:
    Disable PO Implemented notification
    Content:

    Hi,

We are importing Purchase Orders and we've noticed that the buyers on each document receive a 'Document (Purchase Order) *** Implemented' FYI notification for each PO that was imported.

This results in massive amount of emails for buyers.

Is there an easy way to disable this FYI notification, until after migration?
We do not want to modify the emailaddresses of the buyer, as this is used in the PO migration.

    Thanks.

navigate to task Manage Task Configurations for Procurement

Do as depicted in below snap. Once migration is over, add the record back

      Hi,

When a Change Order is Approved, the Buyer gets a notification with the subject..Document (Buyer Change Order) XXXXXX (Requisition XXXXXX) Changed.

Does this BPM task sending notification for change orders as well or is there any separate task for that.

      Regards,

      Ashok

      Ashok,

I think it is the same. I haven't noticed a separate task for change orders yet.

I haven't tried this for changes though as mostly the migrations have been done by me for first POs rather than changes.

If you get to try it, then please share your findings.

      Regards,

      Niamath
