Hi....
In toa mobil is there a possibility that the technician can move the orders and organize the route?
That is, the technician has a list of 60 orders, and he wants to be able to put order in them, to start them at his convenience, by proximity between one and the other.
This is possible?
Hi Erlin,
There are more options available related to your question:
1) technicians able to reorder their route if Configuration/User Type/General/Activity Management/"Allow activity reorder inside the route" is checked
after that they can select the wanted activity freely, and also able to reorder those activities on Core/Manage by drag-and-drop
2) they can fully manage their routes if they has access to Core/Dispatch Console, and also has 1) set.
But I believe a route made from 60 activities by human can't be as effective as the OFSC routed one can be, so I propose to set an optimization repeating routing plan at least, if you doesn't prefer full automatic routing (I mean routes made by OFSC for the technicians by routing automatically at the early morning.)

Zsolt
Hi Zsolt, thank you very much.
About suggestion 1, the profile already has it, however, I have a question.
Can the technician drag the order from his mobile device? See attached, image 1 please.
It is not clear to me.
I understand that the technician must enter the core> management (see image 2) to be able to move them?
Hi Erlin,
No attachment found. This topic isn't related to Core Manage / Dispatch Console.
Technicians can see three different screens with activities:
1) Dashboard (My Route): only the current and the next one
2) Activity list: all activities for the day, but no nice titles, just text menu
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/19c/famcu/mobility-cloud-service-user-interface.html#mobility-cloud-service-user-interface
3) Manage, as the Time line view for dispatchers: activities without details, but drag-and-drop possible for reordering activities, if they has the right to do that.

Good day ,
Thank you for your answer Zsolt, just another question.
Our client has version 18b, the documentation you send me is from 19c. This is influences?
Thank you.
Hello,
Zsolt, I made the configuration and I can't see the MY ROUTE option in toa mobil. Although it is available.
See Annex.
Will it be a theme of versions? they have the 18 b and are going to move to 19C this month, in October.
