    User Cannot see the PO details in PO approval Notification

    Approval Notification is just showing APprove, Reject buttons, it is not showing any details in the body.

    Is this approver able to view the purchase order from the purchasing application ? If not, then this likely a role issue - If this issue is reproducible on your stage/test pod, can you assign the "View Purchase Order" role (role code="PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_ORDER_PRIV_OBI") to the approver, and see if the approver is then able to view the notification ? There is a known issue with the new 19B notification requiring this additional role - we are addressing this issue, so this is workaround for now..

      Did you just upgrade to 19b?

      We recently had this problem with APInvoice approvals when the notification started using BI for notifications.  It turned out it was a problem with one of the BI processes and went away after requesting support to  bounce the environment.

      Are you having problems with OTBI and other symptoms in reports?

      Could also be a browser issue. looks like you are using Firefox. Can you see if the issue is reproducible in Chrome or IE?
