    Widget Error for community forums
    Content:

    Hi Guys,

I got this error when opening a customer portal community forum post as a moderator. Any idea on what to do?

Widget Error: standard/feedback/SocialContentRating - Wrong value type for 'rating_type' attribute. Value received is not one of the available options for this attribute.

    Regards,

    Sylvia

    Hi Sylvia.

I'm not using the community widget myself. But the error says you are using an attribute in your source code (where your widget code is implemented) called rating_type that is receiving a value not supported by the widget. To solve the issue you would need to include your widget code here with all it's attributes that you included and what kind of data you are trying to assign to the rating_type.

This will help others (who do use the community widget) to answer your question in more detail.

Thanks Sebastiaan, I was able to see the issue in the widget code.
