    Greetings,

    We are currently implementing ERP and Sales Cloud; and our customer is questioning the functionality related clients profile attachments.

    We are migrating from EBS to cloud, and that includes moving our client´s data. Part of it include attachments (i.e. pdfs) containing Tax Ids, certifications, pictures, etc. Customer needs to have stored all versions of those documents, to track for example if a certificate was renewed and provided year after year.

    Our understanding is that once the file is added to the client profile, it is versioned and cannot be deleted.

    We are interested on maintaining all versions of the documents provided. Could you please advise, if this is possible?
