What is the size limit of attachment per incident?
Is it similar like service cloud or any difference in that?

This is for per attachment (each attachment cannot exceed 100MB), but what I understand from his question is whether any limits applicable for total attachments per SR. Ex: for SR 123 100MB etc.
Moreover in the 100MB limit SR option is not present
I do not know what is the total attachment size limit for a Service Request. Just now, I tried to attach a file that was 125MB to a Service Request and it failed.
I have raised a documentation request to add Service Request to the list of objects that supports 100MB attachment size.

In Oracle Engagement Cloud there are two profile options related to attachments:
To our knowledge, there is no limit on the number of files attached to an SR/incident, or on the total number of files attached.
