    Title:
    "Fatal error" when calling Report_model::getDataXML
    Content:

    Hi,

    When executing this line of code:

    $reportRes = $CI->Report_model->getDataXML(self::REPORT_ID_IS_CONTACT_EMAIL_VALID, createToken(self::REPORT_ID_IS_CONTACT_EMAIL_VALID), array(), array());

    I am receiving this error message:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 142344192) (tried to allocate 20 bytes) in /cgi-bin/***.cfg/scripts/euf/application/rightnow/models/standard/report_model.php on line 887

    I have checked line 887 of the report_model:

    sql_bind_col($si, $i++, BIND_INT, 0);

    I have tested this code on another interface of the site and it works without any errors.

    Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong here?

    Thanks.

    Hi Christopher,

    Unfortunately memory limit in the config file cannot be changed so you'll need to dig into what your report is doing. The best route I can suggest you is to open a ticket with the customer care to find out the root cause and to fix it.
