    Key thing for chatbot in many use cases is to build memory, remember things from past interactions with user, what is Oracle's stated direction and suggestion gor persistent storage, is it database ?

      you could partner up with something like Oracle Mobile Hub to do this - you could also consider user variables (user.x etc) which is stored but is not really a "permanent" solution

        Thanks for quick help, i was trying to search how do we review, reset or delete the values stored in user.x, appreciate your guidance.

      Any variable prefixed by user will be preserved beyond the session (although not indefinitely) if the same user comes back on the same channel ..

      e.g.

        save:

          properties:
            from: "size,type,crust"
            to: "user.lastsize,user.lasttype,user.lastcrust"
