Can you provide screen shot of:
      1. Delegation Rule
      2. Approval Rule

      3. Please clarify what you meant by approver A's limit. Where have you set the limit in the application? Provide relevant screen for this.

      4. Also provide screen shot of the reported behavior  i.e. "Delegation does not work if the approval amount is higher than approver's approval limit"

      Hello

      Please see attached

      Senorio is here

      approver A limit 500000

      A delegates B

      B's approval limit 100000

but the purchase requestion 200000 , since B has less limit than A  so system not sending notifcation to B and B not able approve from system but the requirement is B is acting like A

The scenario works fine at my end.

        cvrqst14 reports to cvrqst15.
cvrqst14 has authority to approve upto 20k
cvrqst15 has authority to approve upto 30K

Approval rule is set up with job level routing.
The mgr cvrqst15 has set up VA rule to delegate to cvrst14.

When a requisition for amount 25K is submitted, it goes to cvrqst14 for approval (due to VA rule). cvrqst14 can successfully approve the requisition.

I assume by screen print rule config you mean screen shot of the approval rule ? If so, please note that i used job level routing using the same parameters as you did. I have attached a detailed step by step screen shot of from by test case.

One thing you may want to check is the BPM setting "Skip Creator for Approval list". This should be set to N for delegation to work in the manner you are expecting.  You can find more details about this parameter in the Setting up documents approvals whitepaper.
