    Title:
Considate Feature should not impact all the requisitions.
    Summary:
This feature should stop the requisition which refer to agreement display in processing page.
    Content:

Now if the environment is enable consolidate feature, all the requisition can not be processed until the generate order process is run.

This is not reasonable, because only those requisition refer to agreement need this function. And besides, this should not be a feature, it should be a configuration by BU or Legal entity....Because every business has its own situation.

SR 3-21297009491 : Consolidate Online Requisitions into Fewer Purchase Orders Feature issue

We are looking forwards that function. Actually, in our instance the feature impact all the orders. And we did not find any standard document to approve that. So I raise an SR to confirm that function.

Thanks for sharing the SR info and I had a chance to review.

This is what I would suggest.

It is true that once you opt-in to this feature, the application will no longer process requisitions into purchase orders immediately after approval.

You will need to schedule the Generate Orders process to  initiate the processing.

However you should be able to use the Generate Orders process parameters and process scheduling options to handle different types of requisitions.

e.g. You could put requisitions sourced to certain agreements on a release schedule like every Thursday and run Generate Orders every Thursday that will only handle such requisitions. You could run Generate Orders for all other requisitions every min or every 5 mins to have quicker turnaround and make it as close to immediate PO processing.
