    Report email schedule set up

    email not being sent to the recipients

    Hi all,

    I have set up a report to run once a month and to send an email to a couple of recipients.  The problem is that the recipients are not receiving the email. 

    is there something else I need to set up besides the report scheduler?  enclosed is the definition and a screenshot of the schedule set up.

    You are correct, I think this is the issue.  I will make the adjustments to the schedule run date and time.

      Hi Laura.

      An Alert is only available when you have added an exception to your report.
      I notice that you have set the start date & time for this schedule to be the 25th of October at 12:00AM.

      I'm not that familiar with AM/PM as I use the 24 hour system so I had to look it up and that is midnight.
      So it seems your schedule has not yet started as you posted this before midnight :-)

      Also... you seem to show 2 different schedules. On the left you have one occurring every day at 2:30 PM and on the right you have one that will only run on the 25th of each month at 2:30 PM & 3:15 PM starting on the 25th of October at 12:00AM. This one will run for the first time on the 25th of November at 2:30 PM & 3:15 PM

      Probably unnecessary to mention as this was most likely due to the start date & time of your schedule but when running this on a test site, make sure your email address does not include the .invalid suffix

      What was happening is that the email was going to the spam.  In the spam email notification, once I selected it as 'Not Spam', I received the email with the attachment.   thank you for your help.

      Yeah, spam can be overlooked sometimes.
