    Title:
Expense Charge Account does not default in on creating an Expense Item
    Summary:
Expense Charge Account does not default in on creating an Expense Item
    Content:

We have enabled EXM_ALLOW_FULL_ACCT_OVERRIDE and added the Override Expense Account Allocation privilege to all users - this allows us to update the account on an expense item.  In one environment, the Expense Charge account is defaulted in (and the account is updated from the Expense Item template account), however in another environment (both 19B) the Expense Charge account comes in blank.
Obviously I have missed a setup step - anyone have any ideas on what I need to do?

      William,

Are the Profile Options in both environments setup the same? They should be, since you are to view the Administrative Profile Values, in both environments.  Nevertheless, I want to ask.  Additionally, I've attached a screenshot of our Admin Profile Values for your review.

Also, are you using the same user within each environment? Are you trying to view the account string via a delegation?

        Hi Paul,

Yes, the setup is the same as yours and in both pods.  I use the same users (multiple).  The employee role was modified in both instances. The Charge account does not come in when creating the expense item.  Still baffled...

      William,

Quick clarification questions.  Is the flex field box visible, but the chart string is not visible within it, or does the flex field box not appear?

Can you paste a screenshot of your Expense template setup having the mapping between Expense item and Account

      Thanks
