    How do I get the  Latest Purchase Order Revision ‘Amount Changed’?
     
    And  Previous Purchase Order Revision ‘Amount Change

      I think you will need to leverage below tables to pull it out:

      PO_VERSIONS
      PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL

      Develop a query using: 

       po_lines_all     pol,
       po_headers_all   poh,
      PO_VERSIONS,
      PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL,
      PO_LINES_ARCHIVE_ALL
