      Hi Nital,

      I've 4 questions about Consumer Goods already posted to the forum but unfortunately with answers, here are my questions,

      1. For Oracle Fusion Sales for Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Is there any possibility to customize mobile standard objects such as Orders or My Inventory, By adding custom fields or custom validations upon creating orders (such as checking customer's credit limit before saving order)?

      2. For Oracle Fusion Sales for Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Can we force Salesreps to perform route settlement at end of each day, or if possible to prevent Salesreps from reloading their inventory if they didn't settle previous day?

      3. For Oracle Fusion Sales for Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Upon creating orders and payments from within mobile app, can we restrict payment amount to be always matched to captured order amount. Noting that Consumer Goods accepts collect partial payment for captured orders.

      4. For Oracle Fusion Sales for Consumer Goods Retail Execution, I created a custom object and added it to mobile app, but i wasn't able to Sync data back to back office, What steps I need to go through in order to Sync data from mobile into back office?

      I am listing the questions that needs your kind support to answer as per the product capabilities, possible customization/development and new roadmap features as well,

      1. How can we generate a geographic daily movement report for the end user’s, and duration spent in each location?
      2. Can we have live GPS tracking of the end users?
      3. How can we show control the customer balance and invoices aging in order to control the salesmen from creating new orders for customers out of credit or have enough credit but over aged with due invoices?
      4. Assume that we have a customer who considered oracle sales cloud with the consumer goods and would like to switch to oracle engagement cloud in order to automate the client care cycle, is this something possible or not?
      5. How can we manage rebates?
      6. Can we configure complex promotions scenarios, for example,

      1. For integration with ERP, how can we capture the load/unload full details at the back office (sales cloud) as transaction in order reflect it to the ERP system?
      2. Can we manage restrictions when processing the van load, for example, number of items per load, value of load should not exceed certain amount, etc.
      3. Can we manage load/unload approvals on the Backoffice (sales cloud)?
      4. Can we manage route optimization?
      5. Can we restrict the salesman from creating orders if he is not physically in the site (current GPS position matches the customer coordinates GPS position)?
      6. How can update the customers GPS coordinates from the back office (sales cloud), can we have an import functionality?
      7. Can we have product catalogue on the mobile side with images and attachments (products profile) regardless of the current loaded items?
      8. If we have a need to automate the filed sales (without VAN load) in order capture the customers orders only then is it better to use the sales cloud alone without the consumer goods or with it, considering that we don’t need pipeline management at all, only orders capture?
      9. Can we manage products returns approvals?
