Need to know how to find this setup. I don't believe we use it/set it up, however Oracle is asking me to check this for an SR and the tech (from Expenses) doesn't know how to find it either.

The date buffer is defined against each Project Plan Type you define. To access this go to Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Project Plan Types and then open the the relevant Project Plan Type.
Once there, select Task Settings under Planning Options and look for Synchronize task transaction dates with planned dates. The date buffer ONLY operates if this option is selected.
