    How to 'End' a past activity
    Content:

    Our customer business is hydrovac and their field resources used to go on field, do the work and then fill out few forms at the end of the job. There are cases where field resources forget to end the activity and we have few integrations that execute on Ending the activity. Is there a way to perform the same action again on the next day? Or how to manage this?

      This is one of the problem like activities remained unattended that is 'Pending'.

      Our problem is, technician forgets to End the activity. As it is not ended so activity data cannot be sent to external system as event is on activity complete.

      Any suggestions on that?

        Yes,
        A) every day a dispatcher is taking care of those activities which are still pending after all technicians shift ends
        B) custom developed app which look for pending activities and reschedule them for the next day, or close them with a special reason code.
