    Summary:
    what is the issue and where? is it OIC URL problem or Their data problem?
    Content:

    Hi,

    We are using app-driven orchestration for PO/PR Creation. While Client POST the data to the OIC URL (Trigger) the got below error in their log.

    what is the issue and where? is it OIC URL problem or Their data problem

    Error:

    {system=iConsole, errorDescription={RESPONSE_STATUS_CODE=0, RESPONSE_STATUS_DESCRIPTION=I/O error on POST request for "https://xx-yy.zz-zzz-1.oraclecloud.com:873/ic/api/integration/v1/flows/rest/ZURLK/1.0/Zyz_OIC_Service": Read timed out; }}

    Thanks in advance.

      The URL seems to be wrong. Why does the URL have port 873?

          What is the client here? How are they making the call to OIC endpoint? What is the read timeout on client? How long does client wait to read the response? Were you able to see instance created in OIC at that timestamp? If yes, how long does it take to send response?

            Client posts the PO data from there application and integrated with Oracle EBS through OIC.

            I m not sure about how they configured at their end and application.

            Integration happened successfully without any issues but sometimes they got READ TIME OUT Error.

            What is the FIx in OIC level?

            (Note; I have just created Trigger URL and I have orchestrated with URL Using App driven Orchestration and activate the integration and I shared the URL to Client)
