    Livelook certificate not accepted
    Content:

    Good morning,

I ran the OSvC report that shows co-browse activity, and I have a question about the column called "Termination Code."  There is one value in the report that says "Livelook certificate not accepted."  I'm trying to find out what this means.  Does anyone know, or can someone point me to some documentation that will help?   Thank you so much!  =]

When a person initially engages in a co-browse session they have to accept and run the script. If they don't the co-browse will not occur.

      Hi Rhianna,

Thank you for your response!  We're using ICB (Instant Co-Browse), so I assume that there is nothing for the user to accept.  Do I have that correct?

      Thanks!  =]

I thought of something after my last comment.  On 6/28 we did a demo of Co-Browsing with our business users.  We click Advanced Mode while Co-Browsing to see what it entailed.  That would explain the presence of that Term Code.  I'm guessing that maybe the test user did not click to accept (or something along those lines).  I appreciate the response!  smiley
